Job summary

Bilfinger UK is recruiting an Occupational Hygiene Technician to provide essential leadership, advice and support for safe working practices on site. You will promote PPE use, assist with incident investigations and training, and help deliver the Hygiene strategy across HPC project work scopes.

Candidates should have extensive experience as an Occupational Hygienist or technician in industrial or construction settings, with LEV, fumes management and RPE knowledge, and hold BOHS CertOH or be

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Occupational Hygienist or technician in industrial or construction settings.
• Experience managing fumes, welding habitats, LEV systems and RPE.
• Auditing, inspection and remedial action on non-conformances.
• BOHS CertOH certification or working toward BOHS COOH.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on Occupational Hygiene practice on site to improve safety and compliance.
• Promote safe work practices, PPE use, and ergonomic considerations.
• Support HSE Lead with Hygiene strategy and project tasks.
• Prepare reports on Hygiene performance and training needs.
• Deliver on-site hygiene training and investigations as required.
