Job summary

GEL Resourcing is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor for an on-site role in Southampton. The successful candidate will join a friendly team and deliver full OH remit, working 4-5 days per week on site.

You will manage 2-3 cases daily, run health surveillance, conduct audiometry and spirometry, support HAVS assessments, safety critical medicals, PPQ's, and mentor OH Nurses. This permanent position offers a stable, supportive environment and opportunities to contribute to high-quality

Qualifications

• OH experience in occupational health with on-site delivery.
• NMC registered nurse status or equivalent.
• OH degree or diploma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Case management handling 2-3 cases per day.
• Conduct health surveillance activities.
• Perform audiometry and spirometry.
• Mobile safety medicals including HAVS and PPQs.
• Provide support and mentoring to OH Nurses.
