Job summary

OH Medical in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver a proactive OH service across three sites. The role is primarily on-site with some home-based admin, and you will manage your own schedule to ensure consistent delivery of services.

The position requires a registered nurse with an OH qualification, proven OHA experience, and the ability to conduct surveillance, vaccinations, and maintain confidential records while advising on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with OH qualification and NMC registration.
• Proven experience in Occupational Health Advisor roles.
• Competent in health surveillance and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management with a low caseload across sites.
• Conduct health surveillance and medical assessments (audiometry, spirometry, skin surveillance).
• Administer vaccinations and maintain OH records.
• Advise management and employees on health and wellbeing.
• Promote health and safety culture across all sites.
