Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an On-site Network Administrator to manage and secure the company’s on-site network infrastructure at the Colworth site in the United Kingdom. The role covers maintaining physical and cyber security, monitoring switches/routers/firewalls/APs, and overseeing OT/IT system integration in a pilot plant environment.

You will act as the primary on-site contact for OT equipment and coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and remote colleagues to ensure reliable, compliant

Qualifications

• Maintain on-site network infrastructure and physical security compliant.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network gear, including switches, routers, and access points.
• Coordinate OT/IT systems integration and vendor activities.
• Support change projects and ensure operational continuity.
• Document configurations, diagrams and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for all OT and lab/factory systems, providing first-line troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site support for IT/OT integration, escalating to central teams when needed and tracking resolutions.
• Coordinate vendor access for installation, commissioning, maintenance and support, ensuring safety and access controls.
• Assist with pilot plant technology change projects, including equipment commissioning and system upgrades.
• Monitor health and availability of critical OT and lab systems, testing recovery procedures.
