Job summary

TECHNEST TALENT LTD in Worthing, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced OT Test Lead to oversee testing across a major OT and telemetry programme. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver SIT, E2E, FAT, OAT, and UAT, ensuring solutions are fully validated before deployment.

The role requires strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, telemetry, OT infrastructure and cross-functional coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing within OT environments.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI and telemetry.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans and scripts.
• Strong understanding of OT infrastructure and system integration.
• Defect management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the OT test strategy and test plans.
• Lead SIT, E2E, FAT, OAT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Coordinate testing across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ops teams and suppliers.
• Validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, telemetry and enterprise system integrations.
• Manage defects, test reporting and test governance.
• Support operational readiness, resilience, recovery and cybersecurity testing.
