Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Azure and AWS in enterprise networks.
• Strong network monitoring and supplier management experience.
• SD-WAN, VLANs and Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN) knowledge.
• Static and dynamic routing expertise.
• Familiarity with ISO 20000 ITSM and related processes.
• Ability to author technical design documents and artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the network infrastructure, handling day-to-day ops and designing new solutions.
• Act as Network SME, providing technical support and guidance within the area.
• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory standards across implementations.
• Verify network meets business requirements and supports digital strategy.
• Assess impact of modifications and ensure quality during deployments.
• Apply commercial awareness to infrastructure design and balance service quality with cost.
