Stryker in Belfast is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Operations Manager to own manufacturing performance, financial results, and team development within a regulated environment. You will shape how products are made, how people are developed, and how operational excellence is delivered every day.

Lead day-to-day operations, manage budgets and forecasting, and drive lean initiatives to hit safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a people management role.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA/ISO).

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, on-time and cost-effective production.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expenses and capital investment.
• Drive operational excellence with lean, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and environmental health and safety compliance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of supervisors and planners.
