Stryker Belfast is seeking a permanent Manufacturing Operator to help build life‑saving medical devices in a quality‑focused environment. You will join a supportive team, develop your skills, and grow a long‑term career with a world‑leading medical device company.

On the production line you will assemble, test, and package devices, perform routine quality checks, label and prepare shipments, and maintain a clean workspace while following clear work instructions and safety procedures.

Qualificações

• GCSEs or Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems is advantageous.
• Strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures and quality standards accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.
• Work efficiently on a production line in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets.
• Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety‑focused work area in line with site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day‑to‑day operations and resolve issues promptly.
