Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Loan Kit Supervisor for an onsite role in Newbury, UK. You will lead the loan kit operation, ensuring on-time delivery of KPIs, managing capacity, and coaching the team to maintain best-in-class service and inventory controls.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise processes, drive cost efficiency, and sustain quality standards across the department. A university degree and English proficiency are essential; Lean Six Sigma is desirable.

Qualifications

• Essential: University degree or equivalent desirable experience.
• Proven experience leading teams/projects (min 3 years; internal candidates min 2 years as Associate Supervisor).
• IT literate with competent administrative skills. Knowledge of operations management & logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to meet KPIs and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise kit availability and cost.
• Manage capacity planning, holidays, and absence processes.
• Ensure safe working practices and PPE compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma when applicable.
• Act as deputy to the department manager and escalate issues as needed.
