Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join a field service team, with an eventual shift to on-site support at a customer site in the Rockingham area. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, installing and commissioning equipment and delivering remote and on-site technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance, field service, automation or industrial technical roles.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in industrial environments.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service or maintenance environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute service jobs according to SLAs, ensuring timely, high-quality interventions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following plans and safety requirements.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance nationally or internationally based on priorities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures on customer equipment.
• Install, assemble, test and commission electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via telephone or remote channels.
• Conduct inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
• Deliver customer training on operation, maintenance and safe use of equipment.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers for professional service.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and document interventions and status.
• Maintain service records in CMR, SAP or equivalent systems.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and methods.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policies.
• After initial field service, provide dedicated on-site support at an assigned location.
