Job summary

K2 Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Technician to visit sites, carry out repairs, adjustments and maintenance under warranty, and deliver strong customer service. The role is 40 hours per week with overtime, based between Bicester and Aylesbury, and is temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, realign doors, mend plaster, and inspect sites to ensure standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Technician or similar role.
• Good practical maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Confident independent site work and visits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to assess and resolve warranty issues.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair work.
• Adjust and realign doors where required.
• Repair plaster and internal finishing defects.
• Investigate leaks and related issues.
• Complete inspections to meet company standards.
• Travel to customer locations with occasional overnight stays.
