Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Production Operative to carry out manufacturing and assembly tasks safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will operate production equipment, assemble products, inspect finished goods, and help meet production targets while complying with health, safety and company procedures.

This is a fully site-based role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can follow written and verbal instructions, maintain high housekeeping, and work

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Assemble, inspect, pack, and label products according to specifications.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Report defects, equipment faults, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and support 5S activities.
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve departmental objectives.
