Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Learning & Skills Ops Coordinator for Sizewell C, Suffolk. This on-site role supports learning delivery and learner experience across site teams, coordinating with the Head of Learning Operations & Data Insights and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, multi-team environments. Occasional travel to related sites is expected; security vetting is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning, training or skills development support role, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and sites to ensure smooth learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for learners and instructors and coordinate learning activity on site.
• Provide face-to-face support to resolve queries and issues related to on-site training delivery and learner experience.
• Coordinate logistics for on-site training, including room setup and materials, and support facilitators and learners.
• Build relationships with site leadership and technical training teams to ensure aligned service delivery.
• Escalate issues to minimise disruption to learners and stakeholders and provide practical feedback for service improvements.
• Navigate competing priorities between on-site needs and central processes to reach practical outcomes.
• Support learner engagement and advice on development pathways and learning solutions.
