Job summary

SER Limited in Swindon is seeking a Lead/ Supervising Building Services Engineer for a large static site. The role will require hands-on expertise in Electrical or Mechanical building services maintenance with leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has strong health and safety knowledge, plus experience as a supervising engineer. A UK driving licence is preferred for site travel and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Strong building services maintenance background.
• Experience as supervising engineer on large sites.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan on-site engineers and materials.
• Sign off risk assessments.
• Deal with method statements.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Provide technical support to client and engineers.
• Conduct internal audits of subcontractors and on-site engineers.
• Attend client meetings to provide technical support to managers.
