Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical projects across London and the South East. You will manage multiple installation teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to high standards.

The role covers substations, standby generators, distribution boards and critical power systems, with responsibilities including planning, risk assessments, liaising with clients and reporting progress. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple electrical installation teams across live projects.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily site activities.
• Ensure works meet safety, time, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and consultants.
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor installation quality and compliance with specs.
• Maintain RAMS, permits and site records.
• Assist with project handovers and commissioning.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support planned changeovers, including weekend work.
• Promote high workmanship standards and customer service.
