Job summary

TJX Europe is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our Walsall Distribution Centre HR team on a permanent basis. The role operates a fixed 12:00pm–8:00pm shift and requires on-site attendance five days a week, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.

You’ll partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives, provide expert HR guidance, and help shape a positive, inclusive culture across the site.

Qualifications

• HR experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Ability to influence partners and provide commercially focused HR advice.
• Experience handling complex people matters and supporting organisational change.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers across the site.
• Coach and advise managers on people matters.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver people plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, engagement and absence management.
• Support talent development and drive the people agenda site-wide.
• Use data to identify trends and influence decisions.
