The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR team at the Walsall Distribution Centre on a permanent basis. The role operates a fixed shift pattern of 12:00pm-8:00pm and requires on-site attendance 5 days per week, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.

You’ll drive people initiatives, support leaders and deliver an exceptional associate experience across the site. You will partner with operational leaders to propel engagement, performance and talent

Competenze

• HR experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally retail, logistics, distribution or another operationally focused business.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Ability to build relationships, influence partners and provide commercially focused HR advice.
• Experience managing complex people matters and supporting organisational change initiatives.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering HR support.
