Job summary

TJX Europe is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join the Wakefield Distribution Centre on a permanent basis. This on-site role operates a fixed 12:00pm–8:00pm shift five days per week and reports to the Senior HR Business Partner, supporting operational leaders and delivering an exceptional associate experience.

You’ll partner with leaders to drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives, offer expert HR guidance, and help shape an inclusive culture across the site.

Qualifications

• HR experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, logistics or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to build relationships, influence partners and provide commercially focused HR advice.
• Experience managing complex people matters and supporting organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers across the site.
• Coach and support managers on a wide range of HR matters.
• Deliver people plans with HR Centres of Expertise.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance and engagement.
