Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer support and communication skills; able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network environments.
• Field service skills: on-site diagnostics, installation and maintenance.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are beneficial.
• Experience in business IT support or MSP environments; familiar with ticketing systems and remote tools.
• Full UK manual driving license required.

Responsibilities
