Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting an Operations Centre Analyst for a leading UK technology and defence organisation. The role is based on-site in Havant, Hampshire, with a Monday–Friday 07:00–15:00 shift and a six-month initial contract.

• Customer-facing experience in technical support or service desk roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, systems and alerts and respond per procedures.
• Log, prioritise and update incidents using service management tools.
• Assist investigations and escalate complex issues to specialists.
• Provide progress updates and maintain incident records.
• Assist with software rebuilds, configuration and deployments after failures.
• Update knowledge articles and operational reports.
• Support the Senior Operations Engineer and coordinate incidents.
• Identify improvements to service quality.
