Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an Interface Coordinator to join the on-site team at Hinkley Point C. The role is permanent, based on site with a 10 days on, 4 days off pattern, 10 hours per day.

You will lead on-site interface coordination and supervise workforce to ensure readiness and compliance with the NSSS scope. The ideal candidate holds CCNSG and has prior experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• CCNSG is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to workforce and supervision on site while interfacing with the client.
• Lead construction interface and coordination duties on site across relevant work areas and offices.
• Responsible for interface between contractors & principal contractors involved in the NSSS scope of works.
• Lead project daily/weekly/monthly coordination meetings on site.
• Represent Bilfinger in required meetings to ensure readiness for NSSS scope of works, including site walk downs.
• Liaise with site management to facilitate program updates and workflow.
• Support interface manager where required and directed alongside project leadership when required.
