Job summary

Bilfinger UK is recruiting a Project Manager to support the Site Project Manager on the Hinkley Point C project, delivering defined work packages safely and efficiently in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will lead day-to-day activities, manage interfaces with NNB and Tier 1 contractors, and drive progress against schedule, cost and quality while upholding CDM and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated sectors.
• Direct management of multidiscipline project teams.
• Contract management and change control experience.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to scope, schedule, cost and quality on site.
• Ensure safety, CDM compliance and HSE requirements.
• Lead engineering, fabrication and installation activities.
• Manage multiple work packages across the HPC site.
• Maintain baseline schedule and control estimates with changes.
• Interface with NNB, Alliance partners and Tier 1/2 contractors.
• Report progress, risks and issues to Site Project Manager.

Education

Degree or HND in relevant field

APMP/PRINCE2/APM PMQ recommended

CCNSG certification
