Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the on-site team at Hinkley Point C. You will deliver professional HR support across Employee Relations, Resourcing, Compliance, and Talent processes, partnering with site management to drive workforce planning and wellbeing initiatives.

The role focuses on compliant people management, performance coaching, and maintaining accurate HR records while fostering a positive, safety-conscious work environment. UK driving licence may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant HR advisory experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases.
• Manage resourcing for site employees, onboarding and induction to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and contracts; maintain HR records and documentation.
• Coach managers on performance reviews, probation, development planning and succession planning.
• Promote wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives; act as a trusted HR contact for employee concerns.
• Maintain HR systems, analyze workforce data and support onboarding/training teams.
