Job summary

A financial recruitment agency is seeking an experienced FP&A Project Accountant to lead finance transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience.
• Proven track record of managing system and reporting improvements in a manufacturing context.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve month-end close processes.
• Develop and automate monthly financial reporting.
• Translate financial data into insights for stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of a Business Intelligence platform.
• Support budgeting and forecasting transformation.
• Embed new tools and processes alongside operational teams.
• Provide insightful commentary during month-end.
