The role

You’ll support the Finance Director across planning, reporting, cash management and compliance, while working closely with operational teams to help them understand performance and make sound, data‑led decisions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and longer‑term strategic planning
• Month‑end reporting, weekly KPIs and management accounts
• Analysing performance, risks and opportunities
• Supporting cost accounting and ERP processes
• Cash flow management and treasury controls
• Audit, SOX and financial compliance work
