Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst based in Havant, UK, to support strategic decision-making through FP&A, forecasting, and end-position accounting (EVM). You will manage programme budgets, monitor spend and EAC, and provide financial analysis for monthly planning and controls.

The role requires on-site work with governance and audit responsibilities, presenting financial data to senior leaders and programme teams. Strong Excel and modelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A and EVM within defence or complex programmes.
• Strong ability to manage programme budgets and baseline baselines.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme budgets and maintain baseline budgets across the lifecycle.
• Update forecasts when new work packages are defined and track spend vs. budget.
• Compute and explain variances and monitor EAC with monthly updates.
• Support risk reviews, quantify financial risks and opportunities, and propose mitigations.
• Present financial performance at IPs, MPRs, and CSR meetings and provide ad hoc analysis.
