Responsibilities

• Manage programme budget baseline and update forecasts as work packages are scoped.
• Monitor spend, forecast-to-complete, and variances; escalate anomalies.
• Support monthly risk-management process and identify financial risks.
• Generate forecasts for sales, EBIT and cash; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Ensure audit trails and compliance with business controls; support annual audit.
