Cranswick Country Foods is seeking a Site Compliance Manager to lead the technical operations of the Eye site, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role focuses on maintaining HACCP plans, conducting audits, and delivering KPI performance, while managing a technical team and building strong supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate has a food-related qualification and at least 3 years in a similar food manufacturing role, with solid MS Office skills.

Formación

• Food-related qualification required.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desirable.
• HACCP Level 4, Advanced Food Hygiene and Audit Training are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the Technical operation and systems for the site.
• Maintaining technical standards, in line with legislation, food safety, quality and integrity as well as customer requirements.
• Responsible for customer visits, audits and overall KPI performance.
• Ensuring the members of the technical team implement and manage in line with legislative, food safety, integrity, and customer operating standards.
• Maintain and oversee the HACCP Food Safety Plan and TACCP risk assessments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
