Job summary

Howdens are looking for a Field Support Specialist (Internally known as a Template and Installation Co-ordinator) to join our team at our manufacturing site in Normanton, West Yorkshire, where we produce bespoke stone worktops. You will act as the primary point of contact for templating and installation teams, ensuring issues are resolved on-site and installations are delivered right first time.

With responsibilities spanning investigation, coordination, and precise data management, you will

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting field-based teams and coordinating solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for templating and installation teams, providing support and resolving issues on-site.
Investigate issues and coordinate effective solutions to keep jobs progressing.
Set up and maintain accurate system information for each template and installation.
Produce and issue clear instructions and job information for installation teams.
Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure right-first-time installations.
Record and update information on the CRM platform throughout the installation process.
