FCC Environment is seeking a Shift Team Leader for our Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility. You will supervise the shift team within a 24-hour operational environment, ensuring safety, compliance with design criteria and permits, and efficient plant performance.

Location - Gloucestershire Energy from Waste Facility, GL10 3ET
As a Shift Team Leader at FCC Environment, you will supervise and provide direction to the shift team, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with all design parameters, permits and safety requirements. You will take responsibility for operational matters arising during your shift and provide leadership outside of normal office hours.
