Job summary

Ruler Tech is seeking a Construction Administrator for a 6-month contract on a major infrastructure project near Bicester (OX27). The role involves on-site administration, document control, and coordinating with the site team, with a move to hybrid working (3-4 days on site) once established.

Immediate start and a busy project environment are noted. You will manage documentation, raise and process purchase orders, maintain records for the accounts team, and keep Excel trackers up to date while

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Experience raising purchase orders and maintaining financial records.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing site administration and project documentation.
• Raising purchase orders and processing orders for materials and services.
• Maintaining accurate records for the accounts team.
• Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and project trackers.
• Preparing and maintaining Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Filing and controlling site documentation.
• Supporting the wider project team with general administrative duties.
