McCarthy Stone Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant at Eleanor House in St Albans for a part-time role of 16 hours per week. The position offers £14.12–£15.42 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, and is based at a single development to support older adults in one location.

You will work a mix of early and late shifts (8am–2pm; 2pm–10pm), including alternate weekends, with no travel between visits and on-site teamwork. Training and benefits are included.

Competenze

• 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
