McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Olney is seeking a part-time Care and Support Assistant to join Penny House. You will support residents with daily tasks, activities and personal care in a single on-site location, with early and late shifts and alternate weekends. Earn £13.26–£14.56 per hour with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. UK-based applicants only; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promote independence, dignity and community engagement.
• Support with personal care as part of individual care packages.
