Job summary

The Royal College of Art is looking for five Campus Supervisors to join our Estates team. You will be a visible contact for students, staff and visitors, carrying out routine checks and helping with room set-ups, deliveries and housekeeping.

You will support health and safety, security and building presentation, report maintenance issues, and act as Fire Warden and First Aider for your area, collaborating with contractors and colleagues to resolve problems promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing service role in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, flexible and able to prioritise workload.
• Comfortable undertaking physical tasks and manual handling.
• Experience in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Support room set-ups, moves, deliveries and housekeeping.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and building presentation.
• Act as Fire Warden and trained First Aider for your area.
• Work with Estates colleagues, contractors and RCA community to resolve problems.
