Zusammenfassung

The Royal College of Art is seeking five Campus Supervisors to join the Estates team across RCA campuses in London. You will be a visible point of contact for students, staff and visitors, ensuring safe and well-managed environments.

You will perform daily building checks, manage room set-ups, deliveries and housekeeping, and support maintenance coordination. A Fire Warden and First Aider for your area, you will work 08.00–22.00, with alternating shifts and some Saturday work during term time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing service role within a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, flexible and able to prioritise workload while maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable undertaking physical tasks and manual handling.
• First Aid, Manual Handling or Health & Safety qualifications desirable.

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, security and building presentation.
