The Royal College of Art is looking for five Campus Supervisors to join our Estates team and help create safe, welcoming and well-managed environments across our campuses.

You will be a visible point of contact for students, staff and visitors, carrying out routine checks, and supporting room set-ups, deliveries and housekeeping while upholding health and safety and building presentation. Training and RCA uniform are provided.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing service role within a busy environment.
• Organised, flexible and able to prioritise own workload.
• Willingness to undertake physical tasks and manual handling.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily checks and maintain safe, welcoming environments.
• Support room set-ups, moves, deliveries and housekeeping.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with colleagues/contractors.
• Act as Fire Warden and trained First Aider for your area.
