Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking an Area Field Operations Manager for construction to lead on-site delivery across Wolverhampton, Peterborough and Cambridge. The role is field-based, 40 hours per week, with on-site responsibilities and flexibility to meet business needs.

You will plan work, lead teams of sub-contractors and offloaders, ensure safety, compliance and performance, and coordinate with the support centre to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Sound grounding in construction/general site working.
• SSSTS or equivalent qualification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of subcontractors and employed offloaders in a fast-paced site environment.
• Plan and allocate work for offloaders across the area, and other areas when needed.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all offloading procedures and site safety rules.
• Drive performance against targets and manage resources within budgetary constraints.
• Conduct site and vehicle audits, inductions and training, and report findings.
