Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Coventry area is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for busy construction sites across the Midlands and South Coast. You will lead subcontractors and employees on site, keep offloads safe and on schedule, and set the standard for others to follow.

This field role is fast-paced, physical, and a clear step toward management. With CSCS and a full UK driving licence, you will coordinate resources, complete toolbox talks, and report on progress on live site unloads.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• A sound grounding in construction/site working.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams of subcontractors and employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure offloads are safe, on schedule and properly resourced.
• Organise toolbox talks and training for unloaders and maintain records.
