The role suits someone with high-volume AP experience, strong reconciliation skills, and attention to detail who can start immediately or on short notice. You will join a busy finance team supporting core month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Proven Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience.
• Experience in high-volume processing environment.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Available to commence work immediately or at short notice.

Responsabilités

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Matching, batching and coding invoices.
• Managing invoice approvals and resolving discrepancies.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating outstanding items.
• Handling supplier and stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
• Preparing and supporting regular payment runs.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information.
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company procedures.
• Working closely with the wider finance team to support business objectives.
