Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities.
• Oversee a remote Accounts Payable team, including development and workload management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume supplier invoices.
• Maintain supplier ledgers and oversee reconciliations.
• Review and approve transactions with internal controls.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve queries.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Oversee payment run preparation and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen controls and streamline processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across finance.
