On-Site Account Lead: Video & Packaging Production

Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking an Account Manager to work with client stakeholders and on-site team in Manchester to deliver creative and production work, with a focus on video content production and packaging design.

You will report to the Account Director and be the key day-to-day contact for the client. The on-site team collaborates with Oliver’s global capability to bring planning, creative and production expertise when required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency account management experience (preferably FMCG/CPG/Home & Personal Care).
• Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, especially video production and packaging artwork/print production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex material into compelling narratives for different stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage feedback loops.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and purchase orders (POs).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client on assigned projects.
• Lead client status calls, production calls and workshops; set agendas and capture actions.
• Oversee the production lifecycle for marketing assets, especially video and packaging artwork.
• Coordinate with internal designers, producers, artworkers and external suppliers to meet objectives.
• Manage project forecasting, monthly budgets and financial reporting for assigned projects.
