Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Account Manager to work with clients, delivering video content production and packaging artwork on time and on brief.

You will report to the Account Director, be the day-to-day contact, and collaborate with on-site teams; role requires presence at Manchester offices at least 3 days per week, with two days flexible for remote work.

This role sits at the heart of cross-functional teams across creative, design, production, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency account management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, especially video production and packaging artwork/print production.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client on assigned projects.
• Oversee production lifecycle for video and packaging artwork to meet briefs, schedules and budgets.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting for assigned projects; support account growth.
• Plan, report and strategize with the Account Director to grow the relationship.
