Job summary

Bulk is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop skills and standards for our Colchester manufacturing teams. You’ll create and improve SOPs, deliver engaging training, and maintain competency records on our LMS. You’ll work with Manufacturing Leadership to ensure safety, quality and continuous improvement on the factory floor.

You’ll spot gaps, design solutions, and drive practical training that translates into real performance gains, with emphasis on GMP, BRCGS and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably food or nutrition, with emphasis on clear processes and compliance.
• Proven ability to create SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
• Comfort delivering practical training and using a digital training system to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and improve manufacturing SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver practical training, briefings and refresher sessions.
• Assess competency and ensure team members are trained and signed off.
• Maintain training matrices and records in the LMS and ensure compliance.
• Identify skills gaps with Shift Team Leaders and close them.
• Review NCRs and quality issues to identify root causes and training needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Team to improve procedures and deliver corrective training.
• Support GMP, BRCGS, Health & Safety audits and inductions for new staff.
• Use training data to spot trends and report progress.
