Bulk, a leading European active nutrition brand, is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop skills, standards and capabilities of manufacturing teams in Colchester. This role places you on the factory floor, collaborating with Manufacturing Leadership and Technical teams to deliver clear instructions and practical training.

You will create and refine SOPs, run training sessions, manage competency records and drive continuous improvement across Quality and Compliance.

Formación

• Experience creating SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
• Ability to deliver practical training and assess competency.
• Familiarity with GMP, BRCGS and audit requirements.
• Experience using LMS or digital training systems to track progress.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review and improve manufacturing SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver engaging practical training, briefings and refresher sessions.
• Assess competency and ensure team members are trained and signed off.
• Maintain training matrices, records and compliance through LMS.
• Identify skills gaps and work with Shift Team Leaders to close them.
• Review NCRs and quality issues to identify training-related root causes.
• Support GMP, BRCGS and audit compliance.
