You’ll source candidates, build client relationships and learn to recruit for highly technical roles, with a clear progression path and incentives including commissions and team events.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or equivalent, with no recruitment experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven with a proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates across technology, quantitative research & trading, fintech and finance markets.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients; manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Conduct candidate interviews and understand diverse career backgrounds.
• Learn how to recruit for highly technical and specialist roles and work towards clear targets.
• Be mentored by experienced recruiters and develop market knowledge.
