Job summary

Hunter Bond in London is hiring for an entry-level recruitment consultant. You will build relationships with candidates and leading tech/finance names, source and place top talent, and learn across AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech markets.

You’ll work alongside seasoned recruiters who mentor you, with training from day one and an attractive, uncapped commission structure that rewards performance and progression.

What will you be doing?

• Build relationships with candidates and some of the biggest names across tech and finance
• Source, interview and place candidates into specialist roles
• Learn and develop expertise across markets including AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech
• Manage your own candidates and take ownership of the recruitment process
• Work alongside experienced recruiters who will support and mentor you
• Hit targets, celebrate the wins and keep pushing yourself to the next level
