What does an Associate actually do?

• Speaking to people working in some of the most competitive areas of tech and finance
• Understanding what makes someone right for a particular opportunity
• Building relationships that can last throughout someone's career
• Working with experienced recruiters and learning from how they operate
• Taking responsibility for your own results as you develop

It's fast-paced. It's target-driven. And some days you'll have to pick yourself back up and go again.

But that's also what makes it rewarding.
