As we continue to shape the future of art and design education, our professional services teams play a vital role in supporting our students throughout their journey with us.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Registry Officer to join our Registry Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of key postgraduate student services, with a particular focus on admissions, enrolment and student records.

You will also respond to applicant and student enquiries through our ServiceNow platform, support registration and induction activities, and help ensure that Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) documents are issued within the required timescales. You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload, particularly during busy admissions and enrolment periods. Confident using digital systems and databases, you will be an effective communicator who takes initiative, solves problems and works collaboratively to deliver an excellent service.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy and providing outstanding customer service, and would like to play a key role in supporting the RCA’s postgraduate community, we would love to hear from you.
