Job summary

Primark is shaping its omnichannel supply chain, appointing a leader to define strategy and drive end-to-end solutions. You will oversee engagement across Digital Retail, Finance, Inbound, Logistics, Procurement and Technology to deliver scalable, cost-efficient operations.

You will lead an innovation programme, champion automation, and align assets with growth plans across warehousing, distribution, and Click & Collect. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in solutions design and project management in fulfilment/logistics.
• Strong automation technology and engineering knowledge.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with measurable benefits.
• Experience leading large-scale programmes.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar AEC design packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of long-term e-commerce supply chain strategies.
• Evaluate and optimise fulfilment network capacity and efficiency.
• Develop business cases for network expansion and automation.
• Design and implement scalable fulfilment solutions across warehousing, distribution, click & collect, and reverse logistics.
• Manage cross-functional programmes from concept to implementation.
• Use data and forecasting to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Build partnerships across operations, technology, finance, property and retail.
• Define and drive automation and innovation roadmaps.
