Job summary

Primark in Reading (UK) seeks a Digital Portfolio Coordinator to support the Omnichannel Transformation portfolio. You will coordinate meetings, onboarding and governance materials, maintain calendars and trackers, and provide cross-functional support across Digital, Technology and wider business units.

You’ll enable timely updates, monitor progress and ensure accessible documentation and processes. A proactive, collaborative approach and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in coordination/administrative/PMO support.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, programmes or workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organisational and planning skills for coordinating meetings, calendars and actions.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, minutes and action follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and documenting information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the organisation.
• Stakeholder coordination and proactive follow-ups.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio-level and cross-portfolio activities, scheduling and tracking deadlines.
• Administer governance meetings: agendas, attendance, minutes and action logs.
• Collect and check reporting inputs and maintain trackers for governance materials.
• Maintain portfolio Teams/SharePoint sites, folders and contact lists.
• Log and remind about actions, follow-ups and overdue items.
• Organise portfolio meetings, workshops and events including logistics.
• Support onboarding activities for new programme teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with portfolio communications and distribution of materials.
• Contribute to documentation templates and folder structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate where possible.
